From the start

SARAH was the first software suite in Australia to support accreditation compliance by providing a database that covers all four of the Standards against which The Aged Care Standards and Accreditation Agency assesses residential aged care facilities.

SARAH, now with Online Claiming of ACFI, is an integrated Care and Management software system designed specifically for Residential Aged Care Facilities. Nursing staff have declared SARAH to be, "Nurse-friendly".

The SARAH software suite is used daily around Australia to manage thousands of ageing-in-place beds (High Care, Low Care and ILU). SARAH software delivers a return-on-investment through improved nursing & administrative efficiencies.

The graphical interface in SARAH software is intuitive and friendly to nursing staff, providing an immediate and practical focus. This role-centric application meets the personal needs of Executive Staff, Nursing Management and Personal Care Workers by having fast access to care functions, and to information that assists monitoring / real-time decision making.

The optional modules SARAH Billing, SARAH Maintenance, and SARAH Payroll extend the standard feature set.

    What is in a name?

    From time-to-time we are asked, "What does SARAH mean?" Some have guessed at "Software Administration (of) Residential Agedcare Homes", "Safe Accredited Reliable Aged Healthcare" and even "Surrounding Aged Residents (with) Ample Harmony". The truth is simpler. Our product is named after Sarah Rachel Leahy, the designer's daughter.
